New Mahindra XUV 3XO Variant Teased: Mahindra has dropped yet another exciting teaser, this time for a new variant of its sub-compact SUV, the XUV 3XO. While the brand is also gearing up to unveil its Vision.S and Vision.SXT electric SUV concepts, this latest sneak peek brings attention back to ICE (internal combustion engine) offerings — and the new XUV 3XO variant is definitely catching eyes.
A Youthful, Sportier Look
The teaser showcases a fresh and energetic avatar of the XUV 3XO, sporting a bold red paint job paired with a closed, body-coloured grille design. This subtle change gives the SUV a more youthful and sportier stance compared to the existing variants. Adding to the excitement is a blacked-out roof and a new set of gloss black alloy wheels, both of which enhance the SUV’s road presence.
Visually, the design looks more in line with modern styling trends, with some inspiration clearly drawn from international models like the Volvo C40 Recharge. However, Mahindra has kept most of the body lines and proportions similar to the standard XUV 3XO, indicating that this is a cosmetic update, likely aimed at attracting younger buyers.
Though Mahindra hasn’t revealed the interior in the teaser, there are hints suggesting a generous feature list. The SUV in the teaser appears to have a sunroof, which means that this variant could sit mid or top-tier in the 3XO lineup. Petrol & Diesel Options Likely
In terms of mechanicals, no significant changes are expected. The new variant will likely continue with both petrol and diesel engine options:
1.2-litre turbo-petrol with 110 bhp (lower-spec) or 128 bhp (higher-spec)
